Tiny Developers is a team of housing focused problem solvers.

Tiny comes from the tiny house movement in which people are choosing tiny homes for tiny costs to increase their freedom.

We provide the TINY choice!

We seek buildable land, commercial buildings, donations, gifts in kind, and volunteers. We seek partnership in problem solving.

Manistee County Land Bank Authority partnered with TINY in donation of the home.

Lakeshore Construction partnered in the architect drawings and construction.

The TINY Board and The Tabernacle Church partnered in volunteer labor

The 1500 sq. ft. Bear Lake home is a single residence, however:
  - It is configured as a 4 Bed and 4 Bath home
  - The owner may choose to use the whole home or sublet up to 3 rooms.
  - Tiny X 4 areas: Owner=450sf.; Sublets:  #1=400sf., #2=325sf., #3=300sf.
  - The 3 sublet rooms also have a: private entrance, full bath, food prep area
  - Two sublet rooms have wheelchair access.
  - A tiny income owner can sublet to tiny income persons.
  - $1/sq. ft. will pay the land contract/mortgage and all home expenses.
   - Tiny cost/Tiny spaces: $450/450sf, $400/400sf, $325/325sf, $300/300sf

Our Value is Christ focused.

We value human dignity, requiring that the basic needs of food, clothes, and home be met. We focus on the home need by making available good, very good, or excellent tiny homes. 

Our Mission is Christ directed.

We work to provide work force housing for people with incomes from $15k-$30k/year. We will promote and provide excellent tiny housing at 25-30% of income, at approximately $1/sq. ft./mo. Our owners will be engaged in the mission of creating a community of respect, friendship, and a contemporary vibe.

Our Neighborhood.

Our tiny homes will feel like a neighborhood or village with a contemporary vibe. Community will enhanced by common bike paths, gathering and play areas, and a workshop and garden.
