We meet to strategize, propose, review, and refine projects according to our mission. We will continue to give counsel and agreed upon resources for the success of each project for a highly visible success. Each success will be used to model our work and gain broader expertise, funding, gifts-in-kind, labor, and grants.

We value human dignity, requiring that the basic needs of food, clothes, and home be met. We focus on the home need by making available good, very good, or excellent tiny homes.

We work to provide work force housing for people with incomes from $15k-$30k/year. We will promote and provide excellent tiny housing at 25-30% of income, at approximately $1/sf/mo. Our owners will be engaged in the mission of creating a community of respect, friendship, and a contemporary vibe.

Our tiny homes will feel like an old-time neighborhood but with a contemporary vibe. Community is created by common bike paths, gathering & play areas, and a workshop & gardens.
