Our designs are often called "economy efficiency" homes. They are economical with smaller costs for construction, utilities, and maintenance. They are efficient because of tight insulation, a small envelope, and quality of construction.. Whenever possible we will build accessible homes adaptable for aging at home. Our homes can be fit to small lots or infill housing. Our style and appearance will be sensitive to the neighborhood.
Construction formats can vary greatly and depend on local zoning or special use permits

- workforce with income of 80%-120% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
- seniors who want to downsize and age at home
- people with disabilities that need wheelchair adaptable homes
- tiny and small size, sometimes called economy-efficiency homes
- pocket neighborhoods with a social vibe of several adjacent homes
